What is your minimum order quantity?
Our wholesale minimum 30 cards, with no minimum per card design. This keeps things flexible while ensuring your shelves stay well-stocked.
What are your purchase terms?
- Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and e-transfer. Orders ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted (we’ll always keep you in the loop if there are any delays). Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- We do not accept returned products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact wholesale@senditcards.com
Do you offer co-branded or custom card designs?
Yes! We love creative collaborations. Whether you’d like your shop’s logo on the back of the cards or a sport-specific design tailored to your community, or your local race, we can chat about custom runs. Minimums and design fees apply. Reach out to sarah@senditcards.com and we’ll make it work.
Where are your products printed?
We are passionate about collaborating with local businesses. We have carefully selected a local manufacturing partner in the heart and home of Send It Cards in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada to ensure our products are high quality and of fair value.
What are your shipping terms?
- Orders ship from Collingwood, Ontario Canada within 1-3 business days of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
- International orders are always welcome, just note that duties/taxes are the retailer’s responsibility.
